I was curious if Nick Foles being inserted into the starting line up would give Chicago Bears’ fans a boost of confidence in this weeks SB Nation Reacts poll, and it would appear to be the case.

For those scoring at home here’s how we’ve been in the confidence level since the season started.

Week 1 - 52%
Week 2 - 55%
Week 3 - 60%
Week 4 - 83%

So either we’re getting a big bump from Foles, or this is just the natural progression of a happy fan base that is cheering for an undefeated season.

I tend to think a 23% increase has more to do with the former, but who knows.

The Colts lost to the Jaguars week one when Gardner Minshew surgically shredded their defense by going 19 of 20 for 173 yards and 3 TDs, and they they won their next two games in impressive fashion against the Vikings and Jets.

Colts’ fans are currently the 6th most confident fanbase in the NFL.

The only fans believing in the direction of their team more that Indy fans are fans of the Buffalo Bills, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers all at 100%, and fans of the Kansas City Chiefs who are at 99%.

On the other end of the spectrum, fans of the Atlanta Falcons and the Houston Texans are currently at 0%.

But back to the Bears...
