It’s a relatively small injury report for the Chicago Bears this week for their game against the Indianapolis Colts, but not listed is the recently IR’ed Tarik Cohen, so it’s not as clean as it could be.
Officially the Bears list defensive back and ace special teamer Sherrick McManis (hamstring) as doubtful, and outside linebacker Khalil Mack (knee) and inside backer Josh Woods (ankle) as questionable.
UDPATE: On Saturday afternoon the Bears added defensive end Mario Edwards Jr. (foot) to their injury report as questionable.
Mack as been limited at practice and questionable all year and he’s yet to miss a game, and Woods was a full participant all week at practice.
Safety Deon Bush (groin) was limited earlier this week at practice, but he was full go today and does not carry an injury designation.
The Colts have ruled one of their starting cornerbacks, T.J. Carrie, and starting wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. both out for Sunday’s game, and that’s the full extent of their injury report this week.
As an FYI, the Colts do have a few players on IR that they’ll surely miss; linebacker Matthew Adams, wide out Parris Campbell, safety Malik Hooker, and running back Marlon Mack.
UPDATE: On Saturday morning the Colts put Pittman on injured reserve, while activating tight end Trey Burton from IR. They also elevated wide receiver Marcus Johnson to the active roster from the practice squad.
