We didn’t get a Thursday Night game last week. No, after the rare joy that was the Bears-Buccaneers game 2 weeks ago, they had to take the week off to figure out how an actual good game made it onto the schedule. But fear not everyone, because they figured it out, and Thursday Night Football is back and “better” than ever! Featuring a double helping of single win NFC East teams in the Eagles and Giants, they’ve gone back to their roots. No more will we have to suffer through competent football and relevant teams for our Mid-Week Melee!
So, sit back, strap on your eye openers, and keep the beer coming! Because this match up between teams with a combined record of 2-9-1 has actual ramifications for a real live Professional Football Division!
