As many of you may know, the WCG staff has switched to using Tallysight in 2020, and that’s meant that many of us have tested ourselves against the NFL spread throughout the year. It’s been a whole lot of fun (playing the spread is something I’ve always loved doing), but considering I’m native to the great state of Texas (who has yet to legalize sports gambling) I’d totally forgotten that plenty of WCG community members put money down on game results every weekend.
So, when I saw this comment on Week 3’s WCG Picks Bears-Falcons article from user daniwah...
Seeing Robert Schmitz’s spread results - he should start a weekly (ten minutes) betting advice video series on his youtube channel asap.
Of course I had to oblige him. Starting this week, I’ll go through my favorite spread matchups every weekend and explain my reasoning surrounding each pick — it should be a fun way to talk about all sorts of NFL teams and (hopefully) make some money while we’re at it.... or at least all you non-Texans can.
