Bears vs Buccaneers Injury Report: Darnell Mooney questionable, Sherrick McManis doubtful, Deon Bush out

Neither the Chicago Bears nor the Tampa Bay Buccaneers actually held a practice today with the game on Thursday night, so the injury reports for Wednesday are just an estimate had the players practiced.

The Bears list two players as “did not practice” today both with hamstring injuries, defensive back Sherrick McManis and safety Deon Bush, with McManis being listed as doubtful for Thursday’s game and Bush being ruled out.

The only other player on the report was wide out Darnell Mooney with a shoulder injury, but it was estimated that he would have practiced in full today, so I’m assuming, unless there’s a setback before kickoff, that he’ll play.

It’s also interesting to note that Khalil Mack has no injury designation at all and was estimated that he would had practiced in full today.

The Buccaneers have ruled wide receivers Chris Godwin (hamstring) and Justin Watson (chest), and running back LeSean McCoy (ankle) all out for the game.

Running back Leonard Fournette (ankle) is listed as doubtful.

Wide outs Mike Evans (ankle) and Scotty Miller (hip/groin) are both listed as questionable.

They also put starting tight end O.J. Howard on injured reserve earlier this week.
