The Chicago Bears have activated safety Deon Bush from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Bush was placed on the list last Saturday night, a day before they played the Tennessee Titans. He didn’t test positive but was deemed a close contact to someone who had, which is why he was put on the list and quarantined.

Bush has appeared in six games this year as a reserve defensive back, where he has a tackle and an interception, plus he has 3 tackles from his time on special teams.

With Bush now activated that leaves only offensive linemen Lachavious Simmons and Cody Whitehair on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Offensive lineman Jason Spriggs was activated from the list earlier this week.

With a Monday night game this week, the Bears will have their first injury report out today, and if there are any surprises we’ll be sure to pass the info along right here at Windy City Gridiron.
