Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged in Bears fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.

I didn’t see this one happening at all. Especially after last week’s low with just 6% of Chicago Bears fans having confidence in the direction of the team.

Somehow, with an extra week to stew on losing to the Minnesota Vikings in prime time, then watching the Vikes lose to a beat up Dallas Cowboys team on Sunday, our SB Nation Reacts voters came away more confident in the franchise this week.

The bye has boosted us up to 15%.

I wonder what flipped for some of our voters.

Was it each NFC North team losing on Sunday?

Was it the losses to the Buccaneers and Cardinals, two of the teams ahead of the Bears in the NFC wildcard picture?

Sure the Bears are technically still alive for a playoff spot, but they’re probably going to need to win 5 of their remaining 6 games and then still get some help to make it into the postseason.

This year, even with the extra wildcard team, a 10-6 record is not guarantee to play beyond week 17.

What are your thoughts on the Reacts results this week?
