The Houston Texans and Chicago Bears are battling it out on the field this Sunday, but when the season ends they both could be battling it out for general managers and head coaches too. The 4-8 Texans already fired their head coach/GM when they dumped Bill O’Brien, and it’s expected that the Bears will be springing Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy at season’s end.

Both franchises have their plusses and minuses in attracting new leadership, but the Texans being set at quarterback with Deshaun Watson gives them the edge.

It’ll be an interesting offseason for sure, but before that there’s a game to play!
