The latest Bears Banter Podcast has dropped. It’s been a busy offseason for the Chicago Bears so the Windy City Gridiron podcast team continues to remain just as diligent!
In this episode, Erik Duerrwaechter joins the podcast for a great discussion. There are so many topics to discuss, you can bet that this podcast is jam-packed.
Discussions on the podcast include a good discussion on Nick Foles vs Mitchell Trubisky and if this is a legitimate competition, and if it isn’t, which way is it leaning early? There’s also a good discussion on Foles’ new contract and it’s unique structure and what that means for the Bears and the QB position.
There is plenty to discuss outside of the QB position like what Robert Quinn brings to this defense that Leonard Floyd doesn’t (pause for the obvious “sacks” joke), if Ryan Pace is done adding to the secondary, the Bears offensive line and if they’ve done enough to tweak it and a look at the offensive weapons including the Bears depth (or lack thereof) at wide receiver and what will come of the tight end position.
Check out a great conversation below!
