The Chicago Bears upgraded many positions in the 2020 offseason, most notably by replacing Leonard Floyd with Robert Quinn, but to do so they were forced to sign longer-term deals that pushed a heavy cap burden into the future — what does this ultimately mean for the Bears, both in 2020 and beyond?
