As first reported by the Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson via Twitter, but confirmed on the NFL’s try out/visit list for today, the Chicago Bears worked out three inside linebackers, Alec Ogletree, Devante Bond, and Gabe Sewell.

The 28-year old Ogletree is the biggest name on the list, as the seven year veteran has started all 93 games in which he’s appeared in. Originally a first-round pick of the Rams back in 2013, he played the last two years with the New York Giants, and during his time in the Big Apple he intercepted Chicago quarterbacks three times.

He had 80 total tackles, a sack, and an interception in 2019, but he was released in February in a cost cutting measure.

Bond was with the Bears up until July of this year after being signed in December of 2019. He appeared in three games with them last year and he played 35 snaps on special teams.

Sewell is an undrafted free agent that played at the University of Nevada.
