The Chicago Bears and the Detroit Lions have each announced their inactive players for today’s game and here they are.
CHICAGO INACTIVES
OLB - Robert Quinn
DE - Mario Edwards Jr.
CB - Duke Shelley
WR - Riley Ridley
TE - Eric Saubert
OL - Arlington Hambright
The Bears will be without starting edge rusher Quinn, but keeping him off that injured ankle was always the likely outcome after missing all week at practice.
Interesting to note that rookie corner Kindle VIldor has earned early time over second year Shelley.
DETROIT INACTIVES
WR - Kenny Golladay
RT - Halapoulivaati Vaitai
TE - Hunter Bryant
G - Logan Stenberg
RB - Jonathan Williams
CB - Jeff Okudah
S - C.J. Moore
The Lions are without two starters in Gollady and Vaitai, and their third overall draft pick in Okudah. With their starting right tackle sidelined, and a rookie slated to get the start at right guard, I wonder what the Bears will to to attack that side of their line.
What are your thoughts on the first inactive list of the 2020 season?
