Good morning. The Bears are 2-0.
Sure, how they’ve gotten there is its own little mystery. It hasn’t all been pretty, with the bulk of the points scored coming in the fourth quarter against Detroit and the first quarter against the Giants, but so far it’s been enough as the defense has done just enough to help make it stand up.
Sometimes, there’s doing what you have to do to get the win, sometimes there’s just hanging on, but it’s better to have the win in your pocket and know what you have to work on than not have the win and have to figure out what’s going on.
Atlanta would love to have the Bears’ wins right now. After watching last week’s game against the Cowboys slip away like an onside kick, they’re hunting for their first after dropping week one to the Seahawks and scoring 39 in last week’s loss.
The Bears’ defense will have to be ready against that kind of offensive firepower, and if Mitchell Trubisky and company can put together four quarters against a struggling defense thus far, things could be very interesting.
Onward to 3-0. Bear Down, my friends.

Another week, and no Allen Robinson contract extension. Another week, and the Bears are 2-0. And Trubisky has thrown as many touchdowns as Patrick Mahomes and more than Derek Carr, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Jimmy Garoppolo.
Okay, enough of that. On to the real problems, like why the Bears haven’t scored a rushing touchdown yet this year, and what happened on both of the interceptions thrown that targeted Allen Robinson.
Of course, all the usual ways to get a hold of us exist.
