September 3 - NFL teams have until Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Central time to have their offseason rosters cut down to the mandated 53 players, but most teams have already started the paring down process including the Chicago Bears.
Earlier today the Bears announced their first six roster moves by letting wide receivers Alex Wesley and Ahmad Wagner, running back Napoleon Maxwell, offensive lineman Corey Levin, defensive lineman Lee Autry, and linebacker Keandre Jones all go.
Wesley and Levin are the only two that weren’t 2020 undrafted free agents.
