One. More. Week.
It’s almost hard to believe, but after an extra-long offseason the Chicago Bears are now only 6 days away from kicking off at Ford Field against the Detroit Lions. Not only will they be taking the field with a fearsome defense featuring Robert Quinn, Khalil Mack, and Akiem Hicks as a 3-headed pass-rushing monster, but they’ll also field an offense led by none other than the newly-named winner of the Bears’ QB competition, Mitchell Trubisky.
But is starting Trubisky (after trading for Nick Foles) the best path forward for the Bears? What obstacles does Trubisky need to overcome in now his 4th season? And what should we expect from the team in terms of 2020 win-loss record? I recruited Bears over Beers’ host Jeff Berckes to help me answer all these questions and more in the latest episode of Bear With Me — check it out below and let me know what you think!
Are you excited to see what Mitchell Trubisky can do in his 4th year?
