The second seeded New Orleans Saints will host the seventh seed Chicago Bears on Sunday, January 10 at 3:40 p.m. (CT). The game will be on CBS, Amazon Prime Video, and on Nickelodeon with a kid friendly broadcast.
Per the Athletic’s Kevin Fishbain, CBS’s lead team of Jim Nantz and Tony Romo will be on the call, with Nickelodeon having Noah Eagle, Nate Burleson and Gabrielle Nevaeh Green as the broadcast team.
The Saints finished the regular season as the NFC South Champions with a 12-4 record, while the Bears ended up 8-8 and in second place in the NFC North.
These two teams played earlier this season on November 1 with the Saints winning 26 to 23 in overtime. Nick Foles was the QB that game for Chicago and he was 28 of 41 for 272 yards, with 2 TDs, 1 interception, and a passer rating of 92.7. Foles was also sacked 5 times that game as Sam Mustipher got the first start of his career at center, Rashaad Coward was still in the mix as the left guard, and Jason Spriggs came in at right tackle for Bobby Massie after just 4 snaps.
David Montgomery had 21 carries for 89 yards and Anthony Miller had his best game this year with 8 receptions for 73 yards. On defense Khalil Mack had a sack and one of the Bears 3 forced fumbles. Roquan Smith and Danny Trevathan combined for 20 tackles.
