The Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs is reporting that the Chicago Bears have made an offer to former Detroit Lions wide out Kenny Golladay, for 1-year, worth between $11 and $12 million.

Golladay met with the Bears yesterday before flying to New York to meet with the Giants, but there has recently been rumors about interest from the Baltimore Ravens as well.

There was a report earlier this week that the Cincinnati Bengals offered Golladay a 1-year, prove it type of deal as well. The 27-year old Golladay is coming off a season where he was held to just 5 games due to a hip injury.

Golladay, who is from Chicago, played his high school ball at St. Rita, and after two years at North Dakota he transferred to Northern Illinois University to finish his college career.

If Golladay is offered a larger, long-term deal from another team, he’ll likely sign that, but all things being equal he may want to come home for a year then test free agency again in 2022.
