The meatball is a tasty treat found in nearly all cuisine types and cultures, but it’s also a term of endearment for many of us Chicago Bears fans. Yes, it’s a term of endearment, because if you’re a Bears fans, or a Chicago sports fan in general, you have some meatball in you.
We can’t help it.
It’s in our DNA.
It’s how we were raised.
We grew up valuing defense, we always root for the underdog, we love a passionate speech from our coaches and we want fire from our players.
We also have that plucky ‘wait ‘til next year’ attitude that luckily hasn’t always been needed — as we’ve recently been able to see some championship teams in our great and glorious city — but it’s been far too long since our beloved Bears have been able to wear the crown.
So in honor of National Meatball Day, the WCG Twitter machine asked you guys to give us your best meatball take on our favorite team, Da Bears.
Look no further. pic.twitter.com/cu6kRkd6n5

Cut dat Trubinski guy. He’s a bust. Pace and Nagys should sign Deshaun Wilson. Oh and fire Pace/Nagy. Get rid of Phillips too. He’s ruined everything for yearss. Our owners r idiots. They should hire more footballs guys. Then they should sell the team to football guys.

The Bears led by Deshaun Watson, will go 12 - 4, win the NFC championship and beat KC in the Super Bowl 21 - 17. Following the win Deshaun is given a stake in the Team and Matt Nagy gets hair plugs like Urlacher.
