Quarterbacks make the football world go ‘round.
In today’s NFL, the quarterback takes precedence over every other position. If a team doesn’t have a top-end starter at the position, then their chances of becoming a Super Bowl contender — much less a perennial playoff team — are generally slim.
The 2021 NFL Draft is stacked to the brim with top-end talent at the quarterback position. The first three or four picks of the first round are all likely to be quarterbacks, with five potentially going in the top 10 and as many as eight standing a chance to be selected on either Day 1 or Day 2.
In the latest LunchPail DraftCast, Jacob and Danny take a deep look at the top quarterbacks in this year’s draft. They also go deep into some of the prospects projected to come off the board on Day 2, as well as a handful of intriguing late-round sleepers.
