New look lounge! Introducing the official WCG Hype Man Lounge!

Wait... it's back? This can't be a real thing can it? Last I remember there was some dude with a Ditka complex talking about velvet ropes and stuff. Is this that? Is this real? Am I dreaming? This is not that, it is real and you most certainly are not dreaming.

Welcome everyone to the most Hypest spot on planet earth, the WCG Hype Man Lounge, you are probably saying to yourself right now, who is this guy and why do we need a new lounge? Well I am a long time member of the WCG community and of course I believe the only unpaid Hype Man for an SB Nation blog on twitter in existence. I still frequent the Windy City Gridiron site I'm just not as much as an active poster as in the past. I decided though, that with all of the goings on with the beloved that maybe, just maybe it was time that I bring back this Fan Post and see the reception, hot, cold or indifferent that I get.

My plan going into this, is just to have a space where myself as well as the rest of you can share our levels of hype. Of course a great man once said, you don't have to get hyped if you stay hyped. With that being said what could I possibly be hyped about this week, besides all the great articles and WCG podcasts that I've consumed this week. Well you may have guessed what this weeks hype post may be about already but I'll go ahead and spill the beans. This week I am hyped for none other than Justin Fields also knowns as QB1. I wanted to say first that an injury to Andy Dalton was not celebrated by me, I never wish injury on a player, although when I was younger if something were to happen to a Green Bay player I wouldn't of been sad, especially Charles Martin but that's not what this is about.

We knew we would have to wait, how long we never knew, but I hope you are feeling the way I am right now. Now you have a real reason to watch and get excited, now for the first time in a veeeeeeerrrrrrrrry long time it looks as if the Bears may have a Franchise QB. We've never had one. Like ever. We have gotten used to just being ok and celebrating mediocre QB play. Well no more my friends, the time has come for you, yes you to get as hyped as you possibly can, for every snap, mistake, loss and victory that is upon us. I have hope that this Sunday is the start of a bright career that will hopefully culminate in the Bears bringing home another championship. It's a great time to be a Bears fans we are in uncharted waters my friends and while it may get rocky eventually our young new QB will hopefully live up to our expectations. Chicago wants this, Chicago needs this.

Feel free to use this space to spread your joy for the rest of the season and I hope to bring some more posts in the near future.

Bear Down and Stay Hyped!
