Bears vs Browns second half live updates and open thread

The Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns are heading into the second half with the score Cleveland 10 and the Bears 3. The offensive output from Chicago has been pitiful so far, and we’ve yet to see anything of note from rookie Justin Fields.
