The Chicago Bears are currently scheduled to be on the sidelines for night one of the 2022 NFL Draft, but we know you guys still want to talk about all the twists and turns that will no doubt happen from the other 31 teams.

Plus who knows, maybe GM Ryan Poles will make a splashy move up into the first round to get a player he and his scouts have their eyes on.

We plan to throw a fresh open thread up each day for you guys to talk about the draft, but Friday’s open thread will also double as our first ever WCG Livestream on YouTube. It’ll be hosted on Robert Schmitz’s Run Pass Opinion channel, so make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss it. While you’re there, give us some love on 2nd City Gridiron, because we’ll have stuff popping off on that channel all weekend too.

But we’ll also have articles for each pick moments after it’s made, we’ll ask you to grade the selections, we’ll have breakdowns of each Chicago trade that Ryan Poles makes, a mini-podcast review episode about each new Bears rookie, an Xs&Os breakdown on what each new Chicago player will bring to the table, plus some neat stuff on our Facebook and Twitter pages too.

  • Our Bears’ draft story stream — that will also double as our news/rumor tracker — is where all our draft pick content can be found, so hit this link to open that up once it’s live.
