Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Chicago Bears fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

Not only did Matt Eberflus’ Bears finally beat a division opponent, but he finally coached his squad to a victory over a team with a winning record. The Minnesota Vikings went into the Monday night contest as the seventh seed in the NFC at (6-5), and now, with a .500 record, they’re still sitting in the seventh spot.

The (4-8) Bears have won four of their last eight games, and for the optimistic fan out there, the Bears are only a game and a half back of Green Bay (5-6) for third place in the NFC North!

For those fans really looking at the team through Navy and Orange colored glasses, the seventh seed in the NFC has been taken by a 9-8 team the last two seasons, and math tells us that a 9-8 record is still in play for the Bears...
