Before the season started, many fans thought this would be a game the Chicago Bears could win. The Cleveland Browns were coming off a (7-10) 2022 campaign, and the Bears were expected to make strides in year two of their rebuild. But then Cleveland started (4-2) behind a ferocious defense led by Myles Garrett, and the Bears came out flat and dropped four in a row to start the season.
So, most of us penciled this in as a likely loss on Chicago’s way to another possible regime change.
But now the Bears have seemingly turned a corner in winning three of their last four games, and the Browns are on QB4 and have a dozen players on injured reserve. Even though the Browns are a three-point home favorite, many analysts are leaning toward the Bears.
