In his weekly radio spot with the Parkins and Spiegel show on Chicago's 670 The Score, Chicago Bears Pro Bowl cornerback Jaylon Johnson expressed confidence that he'll re-sign with the Bears.

"I expect to get a deal done," the free agent to be said when asked what he thinks will happen this offseason.

The 24-year-old Johnson has started all 53 games he's played during his four-year career, and in 2023, he played in 14 games, making 36 tackles, four interceptions (1 TD), ten passes defended, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.

He doesn't give a timeline for a new deal, but he says there's a lot going on right now with him and the team, and while some time may go by, he says they'll be in contact soon.
