The Chicago Bears canceled the public portion of today's training camp practice due to inclement weather, but they did hold a 90-minute practice inside Halas Hall with no pads. Here's a list of the Bears that did not practice. Note that Teven Jenkins did participate for a second consecutive day, and left tackle Braxton Jones was back (in full) after missing some time yesterday.
